Her professional journey includes roles such Teacher,Professor, Vice Principal,Principal,Campus Co-Ordinator. Her areas of expertise are vast, covering Management, Teaching, Leadership. Beyond her professional work, Mrs Shaikh is deeply involved in social causes, volunteering for organizations, creating proper layout giving management advise. Highly skilled and overtly student-focused educational leader possessing a strong commitment to the development of staff, and providing a stimulating, safe and motivating learning environment . Mrs. Sameera Shaikh’s journey is a testament to the power of determination, lifelong learning, and the desire to empower others. Her career began in 2001 when she joined Anjuman-I-Islam’s Polytechnic for Girls as a Clerk. During this time, she embraced every opportunity for growth, enrolling in the PTTC course at AIPTECH and pursuing various hobby courses, including jewelry making, candle making, and craft teacher training. These skills laid the groundwork for the path she would later embark on. Her journey as an educator also led her to universities, where she worked as a Guest Lecturer. She even conducted SSB training sessions for army personnel and offered Spoken English classes for IT professionals. In 2024, she came full circle, rejoining AIPTECH with a renewed purpose: to empower women from underprivileged backgroundsshe shares this message: Never stop learning, never stop growing, and always believe in your ability to create change. Together, we can build a brighter future!

Mrs. Zulekha Zahoor Peerzade is proud to be associated with Anjuman-I-Islam Polytechnic (AIPTECH). She has been working as an accountant at AIPTECH since 2004. Over the years, her dedication and growth have led her to take on the role of Head of Accounts at AIPTECH, a position she holds with great pride. She is immensely grateful for the continuous support, opportunities, and enriching environment provided by AIPTECH.

Ms. Shagufa Amin Shaikh, an alumna of Anjuman-I-Islam’s Polytechnic for Girls, Pune, began her journey at AIPTECH by completing the NCPUL course in 2021. This course laid the foundation for her professional growth, though she had no idea then that the very institution that nurtured her learning would later become a significant part of her career.After completing her course, she was fortunate to secure a position as an Office Assistant in the administration department of AIPTECH. This was a proud moment, marking her transition into the professional world with the support of the institution that had shaped her education.Through dedication, hard work, and continuous learning, she was soon recognized for her contributions and was promoted to the role of Public Relations Manager. In this position, she engages with diverse individuals, builds meaningful connections, and represents the values of AIPTECH.Having worked at AIPTECH for the past two years, she considers it more than just a job—it has been a fulfilling journey of personal and professional growth. She takes immense pride in being part of an institution that emphasizes women’s empowerment. Ms. Mahek Bagwan is a proud alumna of Anjuman-I-Islam Polytechnic, where she completed her Diploma in Computer Applications. Her time at the institution laid a strong foundation for her personal and professional growth.After completing her diploma, she dedicated herself to enhancing her skills in coding and computer software development. At just 17 years old, she secured her first job at HGS Startup, an achievement that boosted her confidence and provided her with invaluable professional experience.In 2023, she took a step further in her academic journey by enrolling in a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) program. Today, she is honored to serve as a Government Coordinator in the Administrative Department at Anjuman-I-Islam Polytechnic—the very institution that played a crucial role in shaping her career.She is deeply grateful for the opportunities, guidance, and support she received during her time at Anjuman-I-Islam Polytechnic.
