A diploma in fashion designing is a 2-year diploma level course recognised by the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education. Candidates who are interested in the field of Fashion designing can directly take admission in this course. Candidates who have passed 10+2 from a recognized board are eligible to apply. Apart from the 2 year Diploma Course, AIPTECH also offers an autonomous Basic Fashion Designing Course.
Subjects taught in Diploma in Fashion Designing are History of fashion in India, Pattern completion and garment construction, creating clothing branding, principles of design, etc. Candidates after pursuing this course can become Fashion illustrator, Fashion Forecaster, Quality Assurance Manager, Freelancer, Fashion columnist, etc.
